Chapter 28 - Shattered Pieces

Isabella reached their room and slammed the door behind her. Her body was still shivering like a leaf, she fell back against the bed, trying to calm her racing heart.

The stabbing pain of betrayal was eating her inside out, the urge to vomit intensified as her mind replayed over and over again the horrendous scene from his office.

‘You need to calm yourself to be able to get out of here soon!’
