Ren’s POV

‎I was already asleep, buried under my blanket, when my phone started ringing.

‎The first time, I ignored it. Why call me when it's past midnight. The second time too. But on the third ring, I groaned and fumbled for it on the nightstand without even opening my eyes or checking the screen.

‎“Who the hell calls someone at this time of night?” I muttered, voice thick with sleep.

‎A cold, familiar voice answered.

‎“Who the hell do you think you’re talking to, young man?”

‎My stomach dropped. *Father.*

‎“I hope you’re ready for your wedding tomorrow,” he said sharply. “Do not spoil this for me or for anyone. Forget about whatever you saw between Lila and Haru. It’s not their fault that you are not man enough to keep your woman.”

‎The words hit like a slap. I sat up slowly.

‎“Yes, father,” I whispered.

‎“You’ll be coming very early. Make sure you get to the house before anyone else. Get out of that pathetic apartment of yours.”

‎He hung up without waiting for a reply.

‎I sat there in the dark, phone still in my hand, staring at the wall. My life felt like a script I never agreed to. Twenty-four years old, and I still couldn’t say no. Not to the family that never wanted me. Not to the woman who cheated on me. Not even to the future they had already written.

‎I didn’t sleep after that.

‎By the time the sky started to lighten, a loud knock sounded on my door. I grudgingly went to open it to find Ayesha standing there, arms crossed, looking ready for war.

‎“Ren, first you did not use the peephole yo check who was at the door, and don't bother lying, I can smell it. Second, you cannot do this,” she said the second I let her in. “You’re really going to marry Lila after what she did? After what Haru did? This whole thing is toxic.”

‎I rubbed my face, exhausted. “I have to, Ayesha. They’re my parents. I have to obey them.”

‎She stared at me like I had lost my mind. “Obey them? They treat you like garbage. And that one-night stand guy? The way you described how he looked at you… he appreciated you. He made you feel wanted. Lila makes you feel like a joke. Why are you punishing yourself like this?”

‎I stayed quiet. The memory of those mismatched eyes and the stranger’s deep voice still lingered in my mind, but I pushed it away.

‎“It’s better to remain single and keep exploring than get stuck in that marriage,” Ayesha continued. “You deserve better.”

‎I wanted to believe her. But the fear of disappointing my parents was stronger.

‎In the end, she came with me to the family house anyway. My father hated Ayesha, but he tolerated her because of who her father was — Commissioner General Idris Hassan. Power respected power.

‎Once we arrived, I went to my old room to get dressed. Ayesha followed me inside and immediately sighed as she looked around.

‎“This house is so big, yet your room is still the smallest one. It’s actually ridiculous.”

‎I sighed while buttoning my shirt. “You’ve been here a number of times, at least when I used to live here. And you keep saying the same thing every time. Are you not tired?”

‎“Well, I’m never going to be tired of saying the truth when you have such evil people around you,” she shot back. “Are you sure you’re even their real son? Because from the looks of it, I think not.”

‎I shook my head. “Ah, Ayesha, sometimes I just can’t deal with you at all.”

‎Before she could reply, there was aggressive knocking on the door. It suddenly flung open. My mother stood there, lips pressed into a thin line.

‎“Ren, I know you have the features of a woman, but you don’t have to act like one,” she snapped. “Get ready quickly and meet us downstairs. We have to go.”

‎Ayesha stepped forward before I could respond. “Actually, you guys can leave. I’m driving him to his wedding.”

‎My mother’s eyes narrowed. “Who the hell do you think you are? Coming into this family and talking like that?”

‎Ayesha didn’t flinch. “Who the hell do you think you are to talk to me like that? Do I look like someone you guys can bully all the time? My father, General Hassan, has already sent a car for me and Ren. We’ll arrive at the wedding together.”

‎My mother huffed, clearly furious, but turned on her heel and walked out without another word.

‎I let out a long breath, fingers still trembling slightly as I finished buttoning my shirt.

‎Today was supposed to be my wedding day.

‎But all I could think about were those mismatched eyes… and how badly I wanted to run.

‎ ‎Moving on to the next page still under Chapter One. ‎The Traffic Light System — yeah, I know this one. Kai used it on me last night. ‎The Traffic Light System is one of the simplest and most effective tools for safe, ongoing consent in any dynamic. ‎ ‎ Green = Everything is good, keep going. ‎Yellow = Slow down, check in, or ease up — something needs adjustment. ‎Red = Stop immediately. All activity ceases, and aftercare begins. ‎ ‎Important: While “Red, Yellow, Green” is the universal standard, lovers are always free to choose their own personal safe words. Some prefer “Stop,” “Slow,” and “Go,” others use unique words that feel more natural or meaningful to their relationship. The key is that the words are clearly agreed upon in advance, easy to remember, and respected without hesitation. ‎ ‎> “The color doesn’t matter. What matters is that the submissive’s voice is heard and obeyed instantly.” ‎ ‎This system reminds both Dominant and submissive that consent is acti

Kai’s POV I looked at Ren, still flushed from everything that had just happened, the information he seemed to still be absorbing. “So next, I’ll give you the book. It’s called 'The Submissive’s Path: 30 Fundamentals of BDSM.' After reading through the foundations, you’ll get a contract to review. Within this 15-day period, I’ll take note of your interest through our conversations, your body, and verbal responses. You can confirm them in the contract before signing. How’s that sound?” He responded softly, “Yes, Sir.” I walked out to the study, picked up the book, and came back, dropping it in front of him. The cover was a sleek grey with a striking image: a bare man blindfolded with silk ties, ropes binding his hands upward, wearing nothing but delicate lace panties, a paddle clenched between his teeth. His body glistened under the light. I watched the way his breath hitched, his fingers lingering on the image of the lace panties. I made a mental note to get him something simil

‎Kai’s POV ‎ ‎ ‎Just as I was pulling out plates for me and Ren, I heard Reya say, “Hey, sunshine,” and then Ren’s soft voice replying. Turning around was definitely not the best idea because what the fuck was he wearing? Just my t-shirt. I wasn’t even sure if he had anything underneath, but his legs were smooth and milky, bringing back vivid memories of the redness on his ass after I spanked him yesterday. I could hardly breathe or restrain myself from pressing him up against the wall or stripping him naked right there. ‎ ‎Plus, why did he have to wear so little in front of them? Not that I was bothered by Reya or Adrian, but Reya saw through it and called me a caveman. That damn woman. ‎ ‎I saw the way Ren tried to shrink into himself. I had every intention to walk over, smooth his hair, and lead him to sit and eat. But as I approached and lifted my hand to his hair, he jerked, his hands flying up to cover his face instantly. ‎ ‎The efficiency of it — the way his body autom

Ren's POV The next morning, I woke to warmth. Real, solid heat wrapped around me. I leaned in closer without thinking, snuggling deeper, rubbing my nose along it like I could absorb more. It felt safe. Addictive. A low, amused voice rumbled above me. “If you don’t want me to fuck you right here, you’ll stop that, kitten.” I jerked my head up so fast my neck nearly snapped. “I-I’m sorry! I didn’t mean—” Kai laughed softly, the sound warm and rich. “Don’t do that, darling. You have every right to. But until we get things right, try to avoid doing things that might make me fuck you, okay?” I nodded, looking down, cheeks burning. Was it really so horrible to fuck me that he’s trying to avoid it? A light flick to my forehead made me yelp. “Ouch!” “Serves you right,” he said, smirking, “for thinking wrongly.” He cupped my jaw gently. “I have some things to discuss with you—very important. Until I’m sure we’re on the same page, I don’t want to hurt you, okay?” “Okay, Sir,” I whispere

‎Kai’s POV ‎ ‎'Did my kitten just slip into subspace from spanking alone?' He doesn’t even know what it is. He must be so confused right now. ‎ ‎I felt his body loosen up around the sixteenth strike. That must have been the moment his mind turned off and he let himself get lost in the feeling — completely surrendering to me, as I felt him whimper and push his ass back on my palm while grinding on my thighs, desperately chasing his release. ‎ ‎I carefully picked him up, his limp, warm body heavy in my arms, and placed him under the duvet with his chest facing down. Grabbing the ointment from the nightstand, I gently applied it to his reddened, swollen ass. My fingers trembled slightly as I rubbed it in, feeling the heat still radiating from his skin. This should reduce the swelling, redness, and irritation. Tomorrow he’ll definitely have trouble sitting or wearing anything tight. ‎ ‎I just watched him sleep, my chest tight with something I didn’t want to name. Why had I impulsi

  • Claimed by my Fiancee's Stepbrother (BL)   Chapter 11: First Night

Ren’s POV Who knew a man who could wield a gun could be this soft? I had clearly assumed the worst. He had apologized for leaving me alone, fed me, and now… his room. Oh my gosh. It was insane. Dark tones everywhere, a massive queen-sized bed with dark blue velvet sheets, a chandelier carved like a rose above us, and a huge mirror on the ceiling directly over the bed. I didn’t even know what to think. “You’ll be staying in my room from now on,” he told me. “I don’t stay here much. I usually stay at the penthouse — the one you ran from that night. We’ll go back there soon.” I nodded, then asked softly, “Can I take a shower?” “You never have to ask me anything, kitten. What’s mine is yours.” Tears slipped down my face as I leaned into him. “You’re the first to treat me like I matter. It’s only ever been Ayesha who cared for me.” He kissed the top of my head. “I’m here until you don’t want me anymore.” I whispered against his chest, “I’ll never not want you.” He chuckled
