Chapter 22

The MC gave the surveillance videos to the FBI to show the stunts Detective Sanchez pulled with the club. The local Sheriff even put in a complaint with his superiors about him not following protocols and crossing state lines.

And the nail in his coffin was that he had lied, and faked paperwork and his headquarters knew nothing about the raids. The warrants were all fake.

So, he's currently being held awaiting charges. The brothers found Candy. Carmen gave her one hell of a beating and then the brothers saw to it that Candy left town for good.

A couple of months have gone by with blissful happiness. Jax has decided to ask Raine to marry him. He's had the ring for weeks but hasn't been able to come up with the nerve to ask her.

And trying to figure out the right way to ask was something he was struggling with. Him and Ice were sitting at the bar talking. Raine, Sam, and Kim are sitting on one of the couches talking.

"So? How are you going to do it?" Ice asked.
