It was exactly ten o’clock when I heard a knock on the door. The man was punctual, wasn’t he?

I open the door and the way Ralph’s eyes trailed over my body told me I’d done a good job.

“Holy hell,” he muttered. “When I told you to dress like trouble, I didn’t think you’d take it as a challenge.”

The black dress clung to my body like a second skin. It had thin straps and a plunging neckline that left very little to the imagination. The slit stopped below my waist, making walking a little dangerous. My lipstick was bold red and my hair gave the impression that I didn’t care for it, but in reality, I spend almost an hour giving it that tousled look.

Emboldened by his unfiltered attraction, I smirked. “You said trouble.”

He grinned. “You’re not trouble sweetheart. You’re a whole disaster.”
