I wouldn't say Stella is the reason I'm looking out, but she is because she wasn't the only one left unsatisfied back there. 

And now, I have to make do with some lower person to unleash my anger.

"Argh", Susan's scream swallows the silence in the room and I wouldn't be surprised if that hard spank made her voice recognizable on the ground floor. 

There's a hardened and growing tent down there while I continue to picture Stella's punish worthy ass in front of me. 

Thanks to the fact that there are rivals always sending their rats to hear from my building and snitch on us, I have made it a thing to soundproof all the rooms where important meetings go even without the staff knowledge.
