Chapter 58: Their Plan

As Hideous entered the hospital room, his heart heavy with concern for his son, he was met with an unsettling sight. Keisley lay alone in the hospital bed, his face marked with bruises that spoke of the violence he had endured.

Hideous looked around to see if there's someone here, but none. No one was with Keisley right now. The person watching the floor told him that Sherly bought a dinner with George not too long ago, so he thought that Kyle was here at least.

Anger boiled within Hideous as he took in the sight of his son's injuries, his fists clenching at his sides with pent-up frustration. He couldn't help but resent the person responsible for causing his son such pain.

How dare they do this to him? He might have this silly little troublesome tongue, but it wasn't enough for them to do this. Looking at it, they must have no intention of letting him go. If it weren't for George's people watching over us in the dark, this might be something worse.
