We all have pieces of baggage that we carry and most of the time these pieces of baggage are something we don’t want others to see.

The first time that I met Nori, he was always the easiest person to talk to, and easy to give a smile to. Maybe because of the smile that he gives you, and how handsome he looks when he smiles. And because he rarely didn’t smile whenever I am with him that I never knew that behind those smiles lies a heart that’s in so much pain.

I watch the scene unfolds before me. I watch how Lana continues to make Nori angry. And how Nori was trying to control himself after Drake gave him an order. Nori shifted back to his human form but I can see that if Lana continues he will be shifting back.

“Doesn’t your wife know that you have a temper,” Lana said taunting him once again. She snickers when she sees the effect that it has on him.

I removed Drake’s protective arm from me.
