“I lost the fifth clue…!”
“What…?”
Siena searched inside her bag once again. Her body froze at once, her stomach clenched. She lost it! All her other stuffs were there, but the tube containing the fifth clue was gone!
“It must be the kids who stole it!” Alfonso suddenly roared.
He ran hastily to the right of the trattoria since he remembered the kids were running this way. But the people and tourists passing on the pavement were too crowded, he couldn’t see the kids anymore. Just as he was about to run further, something came into his mind all of a sudden.
“Wait a minute! Why would the kids steal the clue? A real pickpocket would not be interested in a metal tube, while Siena’s purse and other stuffs were untouched!”
