11. Shame and embarrassment

I'd only made it out the door when I felt my hand being pulled back inside the room. I squealed in surprise as he closed the door after us, backing me up against it.

His eyes settled on the rise and fall of my breasts as I squirmed, locked in his arms. Slowly, he raised his gaze to my face, confusion etched on his. "Are you scared of me?" He asked softly. "Why are you running?"

There was no trace of recognition in his eyes. I bit down on my lip, feeling stupid. Maybe, he wasn't even planning to call. It was only last night and he had already forgotten my face.

I felt his thumb on my lip and my breathing accelerated. I felt even more stupid reacting to his touch, but there was something about him that made my heart race. It was a foreign feeling. If I had known he was the boss of the company, I would've forfeited my interview.
