Chapter 1

Some people will consider me lazy but at this moment I am in so much pain, I feel like I am going to collapse as long as my breathing is strong, my eyes are fluttering, an excruciating headache and I am cold but despite this all I continued on my way I wanted to arrive at my fiancé's office so that he could take me to the hospital.  You might tell me that it's just a fever I just have to stay in bed and take a pill but in my current state it's better not to take any risks and too bad if he learns that way.  Arriving in front of his office door, a “STOP” shouted in his hoarse voice paralyzed me, however, I decided to bend my ear towards the door to hear what could have made him shout that way. 

- I am talking to you for your good, my son, this girl is not good for you.  She's always messing around with your brother.  She never takes anything seriously.  She disappears all the time, doesn't take the time to know her people, and worst of all she's not even a virgin said Caleb's mother completely exasperated and continued in a flirtatious tone on the other hand her sister Isadora is a cream,  she is involved in everything that concerns the well-being of the country, she is calm, a good listener, a good advisor all the people who work here can sing her praises to you, quite the opposite of Kensha.  You must not forget that you are the next king you don't just need a wife, you need a queen.  she asserted angrily

Hurt by his remarks, my tears began to flow down my face and Caleb's non-reaction proved to me that he was thinking about the words, still in pain, I turned back which did not prevent me from hearing Caleb shouting

 Relieved by his words I continued on my way anyway I had to find Klaus my only hope for this damn pain to disappear.

 Feeling almost on the verge of fainting, I walked along the wall to drop to the ground and took my phone to send an SOS to Klaus with the location where I was.

A few minutes later I felt a hand shake me before falling on my forehead. I decided to weakly open my eyes to see him.

- you can close your eyes, don't worry, I'll take care of everything, he tells me

Waking up little by little, it didn't take long for me to recognize the place.

 This is Klaus's room and as I expected, he is at my bedside.

 - Is it better he asked me in a sweet voice

 - Yes I think.  I feel much better

 - So much the better.  He said, smiling at me before becoming more serious. However, I called Doctor Varguès, you can never be too careful.  I want my nephews or niece to be born healthy.

 Hearing his words I felt a bit nostalgic and began to panic, giving free rein to my tears, which immediately alarmed him.

Your mother hates me.  She's trying to convince Caleb that between you and me there is something fishy Isadora will make a better queen than me, I say, sobbing, I'm afraid. I don't care at all about Caleb's title or the title he will give me when we get married but you know  I love Caleb so much that if he leaves me for my sister I... I...

 - Hey calm down, you're going too far in your delusions.  Firstly Caleb will never believe that between the two of us there is anything secondly the main quality of a queen is benevolence and then they will all end up seeing that Isadora plays a role and finally you don't care about what he says and does and thinks, my mother it is your happiness and that of my brother who must be interested and besides when he learns that you are pregnant he will erect a wall around you that no insult, nor criticism you will reach so don't be afraid okay.  He said to me before kissing my forehead.

 - thank you, Klaus!!  Thank you for being there, I say, completely moved.

 - go back to sleep quickly tomorrow you have to tell him.  I will wake you up when Doctor Varguès arrives, he said before closing the light.

I was awakened by the sound of something breaking due to an impact and seeing all the family members at the doorstep I started to wonder

 - but what's going on I asked before turning towards the scene which was monopolizing everyone's attention

 A gasp of horror took me, my heart suddenly started to speed up and a slap caught my attention putting my hand on the cheek having received this slap I looked at the person

 - You dirty bitch!!!  My sons are fighting because of you.  Since the day they introduced you to me, I knew that you were going to end like that says Salomé, the mother of Klaus and Caleb with tears in her eyes

 What do you mean because of me?

 Not understanding a single word of what she was telling me, I got up to go meet them to stop this fight.

 Seeing me arrive, Klaus looked at me, signaling me not to move forward.  Caleb, seeing his opponent lower his guard, gave him an uppercut which made Klaus' blood spurt, completely disconcerted, I turned to the whole family, more specifically to my father Kelim.

 - please stop it, Dad

 For every answer, he laughed in my face

 -Did you call me Dad, you have just brought dishonor on our family he said with rage from today I will consider you dead I have never had a streak in my family

 Destroyed in that moment I was devastated.

 I prayed that it was just a nightmare, that Klaus would eventually wake me up and tell me that the doctor was there but the tears that touched my skin tirelessly proved the opposite to me, glancing towards the scene of the fight I saw Caleb go after  Klaus body 

-Stop !!!! Caleb you will end up killing him I shouted with still sobs in my voice

 Stopping suddenly, he looked at Klaus and threw him on the ground like a rag before crossing to join me, his eyes gleaming with anger and hatred.

 Whatever turn my story takes I will accept it
