Chapter 41 - FBI Help

Natalia, Hayden, and Dorian ate their dinner in silence. They were all lost in their thoughts about how close Jon had gotten to them, with no one realizing it. Hayden had called Dennis and told him what had happened. He also told him what Dorian had found on the cameras.

By the time Dennis had alerted the officers in the lobby, Jon was long gone. At least they now knew how he was able to hide so openly. Natalia felt ashamed that she had once loved him and thought he had loved her. She was angry at herself for shedding one tear over how he had hurt her.

Hayden was angry at everyone, including himself. Jon could still get into the hotel and their room with all the security they had set up. He looked at Natalia and saw the worry on her pretty face. He took her hand, and she looked up at him.

"It won't happen again." He said to her seriously. She instantly knew what he was talking about and nodded.
