Hazel POV
“Hazel”, I hear someone calling for me. I blink a couple of times, trying to come through. I open my eyes, and the bright light blinds me. I shake my head slowly, opening my eyes again, and I see Theo standing in front of me.
“Hey”, he whispers, and I sit up straight. My back hurts, and I look around, and I realise I have fallen asleep in the waiting room. Everyone is still here. Some in groups chatting, Killian is standing next to Ashley, getting some coffee from the coffee machine, and Everly is asleep next to me.
“Is he okay?” I ask, rubbing my hands over my face.
“He’s okay, stable. Why don’t you go see him? We’ve all been there”, he says, and again I feel the tears threatening to spill. I shake my head as I hold on to his hoodie that I have on.
