Chapter 18. Rosaline Fragrance

Suddenly the alarm on Liam's heart made the clouds around the Dukedom create thunder. The desperation appeared in his red eyes as if a blazing fire was about to erupt from within him.

He looked everywhere in the chamber, but the figure of his beautiful wife was not there. Her scent had disappeared too. Then he flew out from the tower to call for the knights and servants to order a throughout search on her. Every corned should be inspected. However, not many steps outside the tower, he saw her.

She was in the gardens while kneeling in the grass. Her eyes were looking up at him and waving innocently.
