Ria did not think twice when she followed Grant. After meeting up with Justin, Grant began to act weird and walked out. He was walking faster and faster until they could no longer be seen by their friends.
“Grant!” she called out his name. She was expecting that he would never stop but he did anyway. He even turned around with a calm expression.
Why was she disappointed to see that kind of look he had? Shouldn’t she suppose to feel relieved that he was not mad?
“You’re not really mad, are you?” she asked.
“Of course not,” he answered briefly.
Her face could probably show more disappointment with his answer. “Of course. Why should you be mad about me being close to Justin? It’s not like we’re in a real rela--”
