Chapter 86. One last wish.

Still hugging Alec, I refuse to get out of there. My tears fall incessantly as Aika howls uncontrollably in my head.

I kiss his forehead and my sobs become more audible. The only thing that can be heard is my uncontrolled crying, as everything around me is completely silent.

“My queen, allow us to take away King Alec.” Peter speaks to me, heartbroken like me.

I feel footsteps behind me, and the smell tells me it’s the coven. I see movement out of the corner of my eye until I notice they have brought Eric to me and placed next to Alec.

Seeing them there so vulnerable, I cry even harder because of the pain I feel in my chest. My soulmates are gone and there is no way to fix it. The damage is already done. My mates have died to save us all.

Suddenly, I hear a male moan behind me. I turn around and see Francesco chained by his hands and feet, lying on the floor, trying to get to his knees.
