“Where is she?” he asked a man in a waiter's uniform who was now bowing respectfully while pointing at the door to the women's restroom. “Anyone else inside?”

“No one, sir.”

Jake nodded in satisfaction. “Where's the medicine?”

The waiter handed Jake two bottles which he accepted without question. Jake knew what bottles the waiter had given him.

He's told the story before, hasn't he? There is the Adytama family who works as mafia, drug dealers, and even sellers of illegal drugs. Jake clearly understood what drugs they were selling. That's why, Jake also dared to use it.
