Chapter 1

Author: Summer Dream
The moment I opened my eyes, the burning sensation in my throat, which was corroded by silver poison, still hadn’t faded.

Before me was no longer the blood-soaked bed from my previous life, where I had been in labor.

Instead, it was a vast, suffocatingly magnificent temple, the Moonfall Sanctum.

High above, the Moon Goddess hovered, her voice both majestic and ethereal.

"You have already died in your original world. It was your refusal to accept your fates that brought your souls here."

My heart jolted violently. I had been reborn.

Instinctively, I turned to look beside me. Camilla Voss was kneeling there, her face filled with greed, calculation, and naked ambition.

"At this moment, you stand before the chance to reshape your fate," the Moon Goddess continued. "One path is to become the Alpha Female, the strongest force of destruction. The other is to become a Moon Blessed, the one who carries on the bloodline. Between you sisters, who will rule through slaughter, and who will rule through reproduction?"

Beneath the Moonfall Sanctum lay a desolate continent, ravaged by curses.

The land was gray and barren, not a single blade of grass in sight. In the distance, shattered packs barely clung to existence. The werewolves were gaunt, skeletal.

This was the world we were about to descend into.

Memories from my past life surged forward like a tidal wave.

Camilla hadn’t hesitated for even a second. She chose Alpha Female.

Back then, she glanced sideways at me, smirking. "In a place like this, strength is the only truth."

And what was the result?

She gained unparalleled power, but at a cost. Her body became bloated like a swollen mass, her face covered in dark, festering acne.

The male wolves in the pack feared her strength, but not a single one was willing to approach her.

As for me, I was forced into the role of Moon Blessed, taken in by three Alpha King's heirs who had no wolf spirits.

Everyone believed I would live a miserable life.

What they didn’t know was that my mind held knowledge from the modern world. I taught them how to preserve fire, craft tools, and manage their pack…

With my ability to bear offspring, those three werewolves, once abandoned by the entire world, gradually broke the curse of lacking wolf spirits and reclaimed their thrones.

I became the supreme Luna Queen.

As for Camilla?

Her mates were three crippled wolves who couldn’t even maintain their wolf forms. In the end, during a pack war, they were torn apart alive.

Camilla went mad with jealousy.

On the day I was giving birth, she disguised herself as an attendant and slipped silver poison into my water.

Before the poison fully took hold, I used the last of my strength to drive a dagger into her heart, so we died together.

"Seraphina, what are you spacing out for?" Camilla’s voice snapped me back to the present.

Before I could react, she had already rushed forward, dropping to her knees before the Moon Goddess, her voice urgent and brimming with excitement.

"I choose to become Moon Blessed!"

The Moon Goddess frowned slightly. "Are you certain? Once the contract is formed, your fate cannot be changed."

"I’m certain!" Camilla lifted her head, her eyes blazing with determination and ambition.

The Moon Goddess fell silent for a moment, then gently shook her head. A beam of divine light descended, enveloping her.

When the light faded, Camilla had completely changed. Her figure was graceful, her skin flawless like polished ivory, and her features so delicate they looked sculpted from moonlight itself.

She lowered her gaze, studying her slender fingers, then touched her smooth cheek. The corner of her lips curled upward, unable to hide her satisfaction.

Camilla walked past me, deliberately swaying her hips. She leaned in close to my ear and lowered her voice.

"Sera, the Luna Queen everyone worships this time? That’ll be me. As for those three worthless wolves who can’t even hold their forms, I’ll generously leave them to you.

"Since we’ve both been given another life, you’d better treasure it."

Her smile was bright and vicious.

I lowered my eyes and said nothing. Now it was my turn.

The Moon Goddess looked at me, her tone calm. "The power of the Alpha Female means unmatched strength but also an ugly form. Are you willing to accept it?"

"I am." I dropped to my knees and closed my eyes.

Divine light descended once more.

This time, I could feel it clearly. Every bone in my body cracked violently, muscle fibers tearing apart before forcefully knitting back together. Fat spread beneath my skin like wild, uncontrollable growth.

After the excruciating pain passed, I opened my eyes.

Using the reflection on the temple floor, I saw what I had become.

My frame was massive and grotesquely wide, a bloated body like a small hill. My skin was covered in dark blemishes and twisted growths.

The face that had once been passable was now distorted into something monstrous.

Camilla stood to the side, covering her mouth as she laughed. "Sera, don’t you think this body suits you perfectly?"

She looked down at me from above, her eyes dripping with malice. "Now that you’ve got all that brute strength, I’ll just gift those three crippled wolves who can’t even hold their wolf forms to you.

"This lifetime, I’ll gladly take the throne of the Luna Queen off your hands."

With that, she turned and walked toward the temple exit, her slender waist swaying with every step.

I stood where I was, clenching my teeth, not out of anger, but because I could barely suppress the wild surge of joy rising inside me.

What was so great about becoming a breeding tool for those three lunatics?

Camilla had no idea about the three wolves who had followed her in my previous life.

The omega, Cael Ardent.

The low-tier healer, Lorian Crest.

And the blind priest, Zephyr Noct.

They might have been weak, but when enemy packs attacked, they had stood in front of her without hesitation.

Even as their throats were torn open, they never retreated. That kind of loyalty and willingness to die for a mate was the true priceless treasure in this lawless world.

As for the three Alpha King's heirs she had stolen from me?

In my past life, they were gentle partners during the day, but at night, they devised all kinds of twisted, perverse ways to torment me.

Camilla thought she had won wealth and glory. Unbeknownst to her, she had wrapped three chains around herself.

I slowly clenched my fists, feeling the surging power beneath this ugly shell, which was enough to tear everything apart.

This time, I wouldn’t let the loyal ones die, and I wouldn’t give the betrayer another chance.

I took a deep breath and lifted my gaze toward the eternal moon hanging above the temple.

The Moon Goddess seemed to see straight through my thoughts. A faint smile curved her lips. "Go, Alpha Seraphina. Teach this land what it means to fear again."

I turned and strode toward the temple exit.

Each step of my bloated body made the ground tremble slightly, yet my pace felt lighter than it ever had in my previous life.

Luna Queen? Divine maiden?

Those were nothing more than prettier names for the weak.

If Camilla wanted them, she could have them. In this life, I would make the entire werewolf world kneel at my feet.

When Camilla learned that I had unified the northern Cursed Wildlands, she was so furious she nearly miscarried. That was as far as it went.A year later, at the Alpha King selection, I saw her again. The moment she saw what I looked like now, shock and fury twisted her face as she shrieked hysterically."Sera, you came back with your memories too, didn’t you?! You knew exactly what kind of selfish, vicious beasts those three royal heirs were, and you still handed them to me on purpose, just to watch me fall into hell!"Looking at the state she was in now, I found it almost laughable. The figure she once took pride in was long gone. After bearing countless pups, her stomach hung loose and shriveled. Her once smooth skin had been ruined by malnutrition and the brutal cold, turning rough and dull.Through the harsh winter, the three Alpha King's heirs she had raised into uselessness had completely lost their ability to lead.Wolves within the pack had begun to splinter off, eithe

You think you’re worth that? A rotten-hearted witch like you?""Open your damn eyes and take a good look at who we are!"Camilla lifted her head and stared at them, her eyes widening in disbelief as she took in their faces. I forced my eyes open, burning red with heat, and saw Zephyr and the other two walking in.It looked like they had just washed. None of them were wearing shirts.Water droplets slid down their chests and abs, tracing along the lines of muscle before disappearing beneath their waistlines. Looking at the devastatingly handsome faces, I bit down hard on my lip, cursing under my breath. These three had to be doing this on purpose.I was just about to tell them to get out when Cael, who had now advanced to Beta, stepped into the water first. With one long stride, he reached out and pulled my trembling body into his arms.I instinctively tried to push him away, but my limbs were weak, completely drained of strength."Seraphina, don’t fight it…"His voice was low and rough. His thumb brushed over my bitten, reddened lips as he pressed me against his chest.Behind him, Zephyr and Lorian stepped into the pool one after another, their eyes filled with longing and devotion. In this cave,

Ever since they confirmed that a different soul now inhabited this body, the way the three of them looked at me began to change. The wariness gradually faded, replaced by an intense, almost fanatical curiosity.I paid no attention to what they were thinking. I poured all my energy into rebuilding this body.Every day before dawn, I charged into the forest for training. Rain or shine, I never stopped. In just a few months, most of the fat on my body had already been burned away. I was still soft in places, but when I looked at my reflection in the water, my figure had taken on curves and was now defined, balanced, and undeniably striking.Only the sores and growths on my face were still difficult to look at.To accelerate the transformation, I privately sought out Lorian the healer and asked him how to remove the sores and growths. After half a year of living together, we had become something like friends. He looked at the herbal concoction in my hand, concern flickering in his e

They closed in around her, their eyes filled with raw desire. All around the camp, other male wolves clearly wanted to compete, but they were intimidated by the pressure of royal blood and didn’t dare step forward.Surrounded by them, she looked like some kind of saint in a chaotic world.By contrast, at my side stood only three broken outcasts, abandoned by the pack.I lowered my gaze, examining this newly fused body. Layers of fat wrapped around me. My face was covered in sores and twisted growths. In a pack that valued mates for reproduction and appearance, this body earned me nothing but contempt from every direction.Camilla seemed to enjoy the contrast. Nestled in Soren’s arms, she cast a mocking glance at me through the crowd.I ignored her, turned, and led the three werewolves toward the edge of the camp.Once w
