GABRIELLA’S POV

The elevator stopped, and Allistori kept on walking inside of our room without giving me any glance. What the hell is his problem? I stalked behind him and focused on getting out of my heels and accessories while he looked so problematic sitting near the window and lighting himself a cigarette.

He stood upright when he saw me walking in his direction. I don’t think I ever saw him this agitated before. I’ve been with him for seven years and Allistori never showed me this side of him. I always get his understanding and now, I’m at loss.

“ You’re still mad?”

Allistori flicked his cigarette and only gave me a quick side glance.

I gulped. “ You want to talk about it?”

Dark eyes locked into mine, and the full darkness of his aura came into view. I bit my tender lips and decided to just shut up. Allistori can’t change my mind but I value his perspective about these kinds of things. His expertise was my guiding light. Seven years and he helped me cope up about everything.
