Getting into a contract

Isla's POV:

Our eyes met and I knew by the look in his eyes that he caught the whiff of my scent too. His pupils dilated and he licked his lips still looking at me from top to bottom. A warm sensation evoked in my belly and I wiggled my brows when the blush began creeping on my cheeks.

"He will claim us! " Riley said, jumping with excitement.

But before reacting to the fact, he kept his face in that same dull expression. His heated gaze was suddenly changed to the hating glare.

As I watched him, I couldn't help but feel turned on by his mere sight. There was something in his eyes which could make people burn with excitement, fear and sexual desire.

He was my second chance mate. The revelation which would make any wolf excited.

But in no way he appeared to be happy or excited by meeting me instead he just kept his eyes plastered on my bruised face with his mouth set into a straight line. He seemed to be thinking about something very deeply and I doubted if he was considering to reject us because of my state.

"Alpha Caden. " A handsome and tall man said bowing before the man with a dark look ; "We have the runaway Alpha of this pack. Alpha Hayder. "

This made Alpha Caden to remove his gaze from my face and I let out a sigh of pleasure. He seemed to be more invested in killing people rather than talking to his fated mate.

But whatever it was, I would be better off without him claiming me. He was a bad news something which could kill me without giving it a second thought.

I forced my eyes to look around myself and found Alpha Hayder on his knees. Two guards stood beside him and one of them had grabbed his head to keep it bend on the floor.

Filled with fear and shame, Alpha Hayder kept his eyes fixated on the floor. He was badly injured and his desperate eyes pleaded pity on him. His hands were tied behind his back and Alpha Caden dragged him by the chain.

"You abandoned your pack and fled the war. What a shame! " He made fun of Alpha Hayder who curled his hands into fists.

I could have never imagined that he would leave his pack stranded to save himself. His father was a very Brave Alpha and he had always taught him to stand at the front and protect the people as if they were his own kid. But it was as if Alpha Hayder didn't care much about his pack members at all. He was not the man I had always imagined him as to be.

"I am ready to give you whatever you want but let my pack be free. " Alpha Hayder said with great difficulty because his jaw seemed to be broken.

A few gasps escaped the poor pack members' mouths as they waited for their ugly fate to unfold.

"Hmm. But you don't have anything that you can offer me. " Alpha Caden fixed his dark gaze on my half naked body. He raised his brow at the soldier who was holding me in place. A secret message or maybe the mind link.

A warm coat was wrapped around my naked body just when Alpha Caden again turned his back at me after checking me out thoroughly with his gaze. I gripped the sides to cover myself properly. It made me feel a lot better than before.

"You can take anything. " Alpha Hayder stated once again.

He was almost begging the Alpha to let him live even if it meant for him to lose his title and go rogue.

"No, I better make this pack go extinct because that's the best deal so far. " Alpha Caden pulled out his sword.

My legs trembled from the sudden fear of this man who was my second chance mate too. I heard a little whimper from the crowd of all pack members on their knees and a young girl hid behind her mother. My heart clenched at the sight and few tears rolled down my cheeks.

'We have to protect our pack! This is the time we can prove our loyalty.We need to calm our mate. ' Riley said.

I wasn't sure if it was a good idea or not but if he was our mate destined by moon goddess, he would at least listen to us. I could maybe make him not kill the people and let the young ones live a lot more years of their precious birth.

"Please don't kill us. " I whispered and Alpha Caden walked towards me with a smug expression on his face.

It was as if he was waiting for me to intervene so that he could have direct conversation with me and I didn't like how happy he looked but in a dangerous way.

I wasn't expecting him to actually hear what I said and everything seemed to engulf me as the distance between us shortened. The soldier holding my chain tightened it around my neck and it almost choked me.

"Leave her! " Alpha Caden growled and pushed the guy on the floor and before I knew he had beheaded the man. I closed my eyes and nerversely bit my lower lip as the blood covered sword came in contact with my hand.

He lifted my chin up with his thumb and stared deep into my eyes. A smirk still rested on his face.

"What did you say? " He asked getting extremely close to my face.

"Please... Please don't kill us. " I stammered and kept my eyes focused on his.

"But why? " He laughed at me and his few men joined him too. I felt the blush crept on my cheeks because of embarrassment and the reason that my mate was so close to him. His Alpha pheromone was making me dizzy and horny at the same time.

"I am your mate. Can you please...? " Before I could finish my sentence, he growled angrily at my face. I closed my eyes to avoid looking at his shifting eyes.

"I don't do mates! Don't you know I can't love? For me you or that lady have no difference! " He pointed at one young girl in chains.

"I can do anything. I don't want to be your mate either. " I cried.

Few loud gasps echoed in the hall and I bit my tongue nervously as I shouldn't have disrespected the Alpha like that. But it was too late now because Alpha Caden had his hand around my neck and he increased the pressure making it extremely difficult for me to breath.

"How dare you insult me like that? I will kill all these people because of you now. " He said through his gritted teeth.

"Please... Forgive me, Alpha. I will be your slave all my life. " I said as he dragged me away from the people standing there. Once in one of the Royal rooms, he locked the door behind himself. I shook with fear and my head spun with anxiety.

"Will you do everything I say? " He gripped the side of the coat and pulled it away from my body. I covered myself with my hands. He circled me as his eyes checked out my every curve.

"Yes, I will. But please don't hurt my pack. " I pleaded.

"Will you agree to be my breeder? To produce an heir for me. And in return I let that man child of Alpha Hayder take his pack back. " Alpha Caden asked pushing my body into the wall and his hard erection poked my belly. He was so turned on by me and he didn't hide his excitement from me either.

'But he is our mate! We cannot be his breeder. His wolf loves us but he doesn't. " Riley told me.

I couldn't think anything straight because his hands were roaming over my body and his scent made my thighs take up the heat of excitement.

"You have 10 seconds. Yes or No. I will command my Beta to behead everyone then. Including you. " Alpha Caden said.

'1... 2...3...4...5.....8..." He paced around the room with his hands on his back.

I didn't want to be in this sick deal of him. I was cursed and could never have a mate or children. But it was perfect if my mate never loved me and my children don't have to live with me. Even the fact that I would never love him was enough to make me agree to his deal.

"Yes. I will be the breeder for you. " I shouted before he could say the last number.

"Perfect. I will get the contract ready then. I don't believe your words. You need to sign it on paper. " Alpha Caden stated.

A contract? He definitely was insane. But at least I saved my pack and they won't hate me Or my parents from now. I sacrificed my freedom for them.

"Let me sort out everything here. Then we will go back to my pack. " He was about to leave but then stopped;" How many men have you fuc*ed? " He asked out of nowhere.

"None, Alpha. " I said in a low voice.

"You won't even dare look at another man once you sign the contract then. It's good you know how to keep your legs closed. " With this he was gone, locking me in the room to myself.

'He's fuck*ng rude! So cruel. I hate him already! I don’t want to be his contracted mate! ' Riley growled in my head.
