SCARLETT POV
He goes to answer, but I have had enough. I step back, straighten and hold up my hand as both Ruth and Cara take part control.
"Phoenix I may be your mate but I am also the Daughter of the Vampire King, so unless you want to have a word with my father about stopping my Royal duties just so that I am not in the company of other males then you take that up with him but know I will not forgive you for that if you do. As for now, Phoenix, you are dismissed! I will complete my Royal duties and meet you back at the castle!!!"
I take a couple more steps back from him and yell,
"MIKE!"
It doesn't take long for Mike to enter the leader's office and bow
"Yes, Your Highness?"
"Please escort Phoenix back to the castle..."
"What about you, Your Highness?"
"I still have business to finish here. Dismissed!"
I then turn away from both Mike and Phoen

I decide to tell him everything and hopefully, it will give him some time to prepare himself for it. I go to our room, but it is empty. H POV It takes the sedative maker a week to get back to me saying my order will be arriving any day, that he had managed to make a serum that contained silver and wouldn't kill or knock out either a vampire or werewolf, it would just separate the vampire or werewolf from the human. The other good part about it is that it doesn't need to be injected. I can mix it with either his food, drink or even his blood and he wouldn't know the difference. The only problem I have at the moment is how to get just Phoenix to have it and not include Scarlett. A couple of days after I received the silver serum, an opportunity opened up for me to use it. I put half of the silver serum into a water bottle that was exactly the same as Phoenix's. I met up with Phoenix in the training field. I discreetly swap out his bottle and then enjoy a good sparring match with him. By the time we have finished, we are both breathing heavily and exhausted. H POVI have been watching over Scarlett for the last three weeks since I brought her here from the training field after the fight like I did when she was attacked in King Noah's territory.
