Adrian moved restlessly around the living room, seething with anger.

Marshall stood near one of the sofas, confused . He did not know whether to sit down, though he really wanted to, but he also wasn’t sure if it would irritate Adrian more. Adrian had called him over to the house after the chaos at the office. This was exactly the kind of situation Marshall always tried to avoid, because whenever he was dealing with a man like Adrian Hudson, things rarely ended well.
