The two-story building with a gothic style looks lively and filled with excited twinkling lights. At the entrance, there were two burly men who were security guards at the bar which had just opened at four that afternoon. The name of the bar is Rumba Bar. Deliberately erected on one of Downtown Seattle's most famous streets, Pike Street. Rumba Bar is often a gathering place for drug dealers, sex enthusiast, or lonely people who are just looking for fun by seeing half-naked dancers on the dance floor.

Louise Dawson, one of the regular visitors to Rumba Bar, was seen parking his van carefully around the quiet pike street sidewalk. The cute dog head ornament swayed wildly as the car made several vibrations before finally stopping perfectly and symmetrically at the edge of the Pike Street sidewalk. From inside his van, the man who had just changed shifts with his colleague at seven-eleven seemed to be waving at his lover who had been waiting for him at the end of a narrow alley
