CHAPTER SIX

The next morning, Reymond woke up and looked at the woman beside him who was still asleep. He chuckled the got out of bed, freshened up then went out to make all the reservations needed. He organized for the boat cruise, the food and everything needed. He knew the two ladies probably had made plans for this.

After making all the reservations, Rey went back to his room and still found sleeping soundly.

he walked to the balcony on Sat down, waiting for his queen to eventually wake up.

time went by and soon, it was past 10, Rey heard footsteps and knew it was Jesse. Before he could do anything, he heard the small and shy voice behind him, "I will go and freshen up" Jesse said this then rushed to the washroom without giving Rey the chance to respond.

Rey walked to the washroom door and chuckled, she really was shy.

"I have a few clothes prepared for you so you can change in a new pair of clothes. Please come out when you are done, I have everything prepared for you and your friend outside"

"okay, I will be there shortly" Jesse responded from inside as she had her shower.

Meanwhile, Clara who had already been informed was ready and waiting for her friend outside. She was in a dilemma wondering if something happened between the two. she sat on a chair in deep thought, "a man and a woman, in the same room all night? there is a 99% chance that something might have happened. yes, of course... that's why this silly girl hasn't bothered to call or text me since last night. damn it! Jesse you were too quick to give in" Clara thought to herself.

"hey Clara, good morning " Jesse greeted as she approached her friend.

"hey how could you....

Clara froze upon seeing Jesse with Reymond.

"what did my queen do to you ma'am Clara?" Rey asked.

"are you going to follow us everywhere? in the first place, you were not invited and this outing was meant for two people not three. Mr , you better find your way back to where you came from" Clara spoke emotionlessly.

"young lady, don't worry about me, I won't disturb you two. I just wanted to see my queen off. Everything you need is on the boat so I hope you have a good time" Rey said this then kissed Jesse on the forehead. He looked at Clara and smiled then walked away.

Jesse exhaled deeply and grabbed Clara by the hand heading towards the boat, "come on, we barely have enough time... by the way, I called Dad and told him we will be going back tomorrow instead. he understood so this is our time to enjoy" Jesse was in such a delightful mood it sent shivers down Clara's spine.

As soon as the two ladies had settled, the boat was soon moving and breakfast was being served.

seeing the delicious foods served in front of her, Clara's face beamed with joy. She was so hungry that she couldn't help but dig in immediately.

After having their breakfast, the two ladies stood on the boat enjoying the breeze.

Clara cleared her throat before talking.

"okay so I must say the breakfast was amazing and I enjoyed the food. Now tell me, how was it?" Clara asked directly.

Jesse raised her brow slightly and looked at this girl who seemed to be so nosey about everything.

"how was what?" Jesse asked with a confused expression on her face, trying to seem rather innocent.

"Jesse, you know what I'm talking about, don't you dare pretend with me, spit it out right now" Clara demanded.

Jesse sighed helplessly, "well, it was okay"

"that's it? you are just going to say it was okay and that's it?" Clara asked in shock.

"yes, it was okay, is there anything else you want to hear?" Jesse responded absent mindedly .

Clara felt like she was burning up with anger, she took a deep breath and tried to calm herself.

"Jesse, how was the experience? you know I want to hear all the details...come on" Clara pleaded.

Jesse looked at her friend and chuckled.

"alright, but must you know all the details? when you experience it, you will know better".

"Jesse, I want you to tell me what you experienced exactly...come on please " Clara pleaded.

"well, thrilling, the curiosity of how it would feel just pours out and the fear pops in...huh ,Clara trust me you will only understand when you experience it"

Clara just silently nodded, then spoke after a few seconds of silence, "Jesse, I still adhere to my thoughts that you rushed into this. Girl you were too fast to give in"

Jesse shrugged without a care. At this point, she felt like the happiest woman on earth.

The two ladies enjoyed their time till they began heading back...

About 100 meters away from the shore, five men dressed in black suits stood still as if waiting for their arrival. Jesse had a bad premonition, it's like something terrible had already happened or had already happened.

"could.. could that be....

"it's your father... it's definitely my god father. I am not too surprised that he is here" Clara interrupted Jesse who was in absolute shock at this point. sweat began to roll down her face and she was in total disarray.

Clara looked at her friend and was shocked to see her in such a state, "oh so now you are scared? what's there to fear? you said you would talk to Dad and that he aught to respect your decision, but now that he is here, you look terrified" .

"Clara please, I was going to tell Dad at the right time... I-I was not prepared for this" Jesse responded in a state of confusion.

Before they knew it, they arrived at the shore,

"just act normal, maybe God father doesn't know about Rey" Clara whispered to her friend.

Clara fixed her dress and excitedly walked up to the man who was seated having a cold lemonade.
