The next day at work, Mr Pitt had called for a boardroom meeting. I, as his personal secretary had to be there to note any appointments that would be made for the day.

"We'll be taking in a new proposal made with MILLERS" Mt Pitt begins. "Jonathan?"

I hand over the organised document to him. "Here you go, sir"

Holding my breath, I watched Mr Pitt scan the document carefully. Did I make another mistake?.

My gaze instantly shifted to Leonard across the boardroom table whom encouraged me with a thumbs up.

"Well done, Jonathan" Mr Pitt says breaking the ice. Handing the document back to me, he informs me to distribute it round.

"This is every detail concerning the project" Mr Pitt continues. "Everyone is to study it carefully. The project commences as early as Wednesday morning so don't expect to be going home early. Meeting adjourned"
