A wide smile appeared on her face as she saw me. I stood up and walked towards her slowly. She also stood up but stayed rooted at the spot she was sitting on. I had tears in my eyes as I finally saw her smiling face for the very first time in my entire life. "Eve!!!" I whisper that escaped my lips like a prayer.
