Ella creased her brows as she waited for him to speak. "You called me your friend, and what do friend do? They call each other by their names and respect each other but you almost killed me!" She finally let the tears roll down her cheek.

She sniffled a little, "You told me you loved it when I called your name and I did. I called you your name and you choked me, almost killing me! You didn't hurt me physically alone but emotionally!" She cried out.

Francis was hurt because she was hurt and because he had hurt her. He made her call his name, he told her to treat him like she'd treat her friends and when she did, he lost his temper and almost killed her because he felt disrespected and now she wasn't going to let him into her life again

"Please don't be my lord, after all I am just a maid," She spat out firmly.

"You are not a maid Ella!" He retorted firmly. He didn't wa
