CHAPTER 11

CAMILLA’s POV

It was soon night time and neither Lucas or Dorian came back home, I patiently waited and listened for any of their footsteps or sound but I heard none.

I tried opening the door for the first time since Dorian left after feeding me the avocado toast and to my greatest surprise the door was opened.

“I can’t believe it. Dorian left the door opened and all this time It felt like I was in a prison.” I said to myself, I slowly opened the door, sticking my head out as I peep at both sides of the room to be sure no one was around and surprisingly the house was dead quiet.

I smiled like a kid before stepping out, I might still clearly be inside the sitting room but it felt so much like I was out into the world, like I was free.

I rushed straight for the kitchen and opened the door widely with a loud bang on to see Dorian having a glass of milk while standing front of the fridge, he slowly removed the glass from his mouth as he stared at me in confusion.
