Chapter Sixty-Three

After their little moment Bridgette changed into her clothes and met everyone else down stairs in the kitchen. After making sure that Sammy and Marco were situated with snacks and busy the four adults adjourned to Bridgette’s office. Dex produced the paper’s she would need for her new identity as well as new banking information. They handed her everything she would need to start over until she would have to come back and testify against him. She had seen enough to put him away for a lifetime but until they could prove it she would have to disappear. 

Athena sighed and looked into  the envelope. It was all there. A new identity, a new bank account, new social media. Everything had been taken care of, even her new apartment. She looked up at them with thankful eyes. She knew that she could never thank them enough.
