"Daughter, the party started a while ago. Why are you still here?" Mom asked me while we both watched the group of performers doing fire dancing. All of Aria's friends were thrilled to watch the fire dancing. Well, they were also good at it.

"I'm just enjoying the breeze, Mom," I replied. She immediately took off her shawl and placed it on my shoulders. "Mom, I'm fine, really. I prefer being cooled by the sea breeze. It's a rare opportunity, after all." We were by the seaside at the moment.

Mom smiled at me. "You know I worry if you might get cold. And you're alone here." I hugged her right away. "Mom, I love you."
