Lilly’s POV

“That brat thinks she’s so special. So she lived with vermin vampires. How will that make her a good Luna?” I glared onto the dance floor where that bitch danced with what was supposed to be my husband. I had rejected my mate for him to prove I truly loved him. That I would be a worthy Luna, but he didn’t care. I wondered how long they had known each other. Maybe she had manipulated him into saying no to me in the first place. Oh, but that had been years ago. My mind kept racing for possible explications. Maybe the vampires had taught her how to play mind games?
