The girl opened her mouth with the intention of answering, and when a slight knock on the door interrupted her, an old woman entered them carrying a rectangular tray inlaid with antique silver, and on its surface were several pots of various sizes covered with silver plates.

The old woman approached with graceful steps and a kind smile, put the tray on the table, and left quite calmly.

The smell of food assailed Celine's nose, her stomach chirping shamefully, reminding her of her hunger, as she did not remember when she ate the last time.

"Okay, will you please with my jaws and my cuffs? I'm hungry, and I want to eat," she shouted angrily.

"I'll help you to eat," she answered simply, infuriating Celine, who had been so angry at her, shouting hysterically:

"What do you mean? And what do you think I'll do if you untie me? to pounce on you and kill you

And you are the one who pretends you're not even forgetful. You kidnapped me and brought me here without my will or even asking me. I go to the beach to entertain myself, and I wake up in a dark and scary cell, then I wake up again to find myself in Queen Victoria's room, and next to me is a maid who claims to be unforgettable and...»

As she disappeared under the influence of her hysterical fit of anger, she forgot that she was tied, blowing off the edge of the bed and losing her balance, about to kiss the carpet again, so the girl grabbed her, protecting her this time from an inevitable fall.

"My jaw is tied, or else I won't eat."

Celine ordered her to feel the last fist tightening around her, so she fidgeted in her arms, trying to escape from her in vain. She panicked when she doubted her intention. She remembers the fangs of those who visited her in prison, and she remembers her claim that she is not human.

She froze, feeling her last breaths scratching her neck, her fist tightening even more...

Kayden entered his wing, distracted, trying to find an appropriate way to deal with his captive without harming her, as he must win her love in order for her to accept his help and not harm his people.

He entered his suite, rebounding the moment his nose was swept by a conflicting mixture of smells ranging from panic, fear, alarm, desire, and thirst, shocked by a sight that left him momentarily stunned.

His captive is under the grip of his servant and is about to become her meal, a situation he did not think that he would witness in his life, as it is impossible for a female of his kind to desire food from another female, regardless of her faction.

He crept into his wing, roaring at her in a startled tone, causing her to throw Celine away from her, hitting her body against the opposite wall violently, then falling to the ground moaning in pain.

"What did you just see?" Kayden wasted his maid chanting.

"I put you here to protect her and help her with what she needs, not to attack her, female."

The maid folded her hands to her embarrassment, kneeling on the ground under his feet, begging him and crying, "Please, please forgive me. I did not mean to; I would not have hurt her, my lord."

Kayden bridles his revolution, contemplating her panic, and he recalls that scene in confusion, as he does not have a logical explanation for what his maid did and realizes that he must be careful in dealing with this strange incident.

"Go out, and don't come back here. I don't want you in the palace anymore, and as I warned you, you should not talk about its existence or this incident with anyone, or else your punishment will be difficult for you and for whom you disclosed the secret to, understand?"

"Yes, yes, my lord." She stood on the ground, bowed her neck respectfully, and trotted out of the ward, thanking him for letting her go.

After he finished ordering his maid, Kaiden turned his attention to Celine, watching her narrowly, perplexed.

his captive

A time bomb without an alarm, he does not know when it will explode and destroy his colony, but despite all this, he cannot get rid of it.

"Are you well?"

He asked her in a dry tone, hovering over her unique details that distinguish her from the females of his species, with her dark brown hair and wheaten skin adorned with sun kisses.

She ignored his question, closed her eyes, watched his military boots rebelliously, and felt confusion and anger rising through her veins. What do they want from her?

Why does he treat her as if he cares about her?

"Why haven't you eaten yet? Aren't you hungry?" He asked again, watching her rebellion in anguish, as if that's what he's missing: a rebellious flame walking on two legs.

"Are you mute? Does your tongue suffer from something wrong?" He asked her, about to lose his patience.

And she continued her rebellion, affecting silence.

She raised her arms to him, beckoning him to untie her, and he replied curtly, "I will not untie you."

Rejecting her request, he lifts her off the floor very lightly and walks her toward the bed.

She gasped in terror, rising in his arms, random thoughts crowding her mind. He would rape her; he would drain her blood and throw her lifeless corpse on the side of the road or inside a dark forest; he would tear her to pieces, and no one would rescue her from his grip.

"Leave me, leave me," she shouted, resisting helplessly.

Free her body on the bed and walk away, watching him approach.

Tray of food from them to order.

"Total!"

She ignored his command, brought her knees to her chest, and resisted her strong desire to start crying and grumbling like children, asking him to take her to her mother, and not giving up until he acquiesced to her and brought her back to where he brought her, but she is not a child, and she lost her mother to death a few weeks ago, and I am confident that her grumbling will only return to her with mental, psychological, and emotional stress.

She lifted her arms, which were bound with metal chains, to inspect them with a sarcastic smile.

You wonder.

Why all this drama?

A plastic strap would do the trick, as if it were strong enough to be able to free her from them.

Kayden watched her rebellion impatiently, wiping the rage off his face, trying to curb his raging emotions with his hollow realization that she would exhaust him with her stubbornness, rebellion, and pride.

He frowned, noticing the peeling of her cherry lips with a smile that raised his question and puzzlement:

"What makes you laugh? Do you find your situation amusing?" he asked her.

She folded her lips, staring at him with a stubborn look, defying him, indifferent to the obstacles she had created.

And what could get her worse than what she is in?

With a stupid, dismissive motion, she overturned the tray, including on the bed, its contents spilling onto his white sheets and luxurious comforter, staining his bright colors.

She stared at the spilled food in shock, watching it with a sigh. What a fool; she had eaten a little of it before feeding it to the sheets.

She gasped in terror when she found herself under Kaiden's grip, who pushed her to a lying position, clutching her neck, holding the air out of her, his eyeballs flashing like lightning.

He approached her and called her in a cold tone that was overwhelmed by a sleet of snow:

"Do not test my patience again, this one, do you understand? Do not repeat this drama, or I will master it by torturing you and make your death slow until it reaches you, until you beg me to kill you in order to end your torment."

He shouted at her, content to watch her with complete coldness, struggling to sip the air.

She gasped deeply, gripping his fingertips, trying to free her neck in vain, feeling the congestion of her breath in her lungs painfully, and gasping helplessly. The color of her cheeks and lips changed to dark blue. About to lose consciousness, only then did he decide to excuse her, loosen his grip on her, and move away.

Kaiden retreated a few steps, watching her frozenly, struggling to sip the air, begging himself to kill her and free himself, his people, and the world from her tyranny and hell, thinking about what was coming,

He does not think that he has much time, and therefore precisely, he must take his decision wisely but not carefully, or else they will be doomed.

He let her regain her breath and left the ward, fleeing from her tyranny and rebellion and its negative impact on him, hating those opposing feelings that try to undermine him every time he is near her.

He entered the suite shortly after Kayden left, with two girls wearing a uniform. Celine realizes that they are the palace maids; they look like the previous ones in all the details, the color of the hair and the purity of the skin, and without any comment they started cleaning the sheets, ignoring her presence, and then they left after they finished as they entered, completely quietly.

She waited until they came out and jumped out of bed, checking the windows one by one, and when she couldn't open them all, she dragged the tails of disappointment behind her.

She has the right to cover all mirrors and wish that blindness will be granted to her, so that she does not see every day the horror of what she has been through for all these two centuries of her life. He looked up at her, smiling cunningly“These scars testify to your pride, your violence, and your warrior and fighting spirit. These scars are a source of pride for me, because every time I see them, I will remember how much you were able to withstand that damn devil, how brave you were, and stood by his path and not succumb to him.”She placed her palms on his cheek and nodded sympathetically, "Aren't you running away? I'm letting you break all the promises you made to me, I won't blame you, I swear to you."He covered her body with the sheet, gently embracing her stiff body to his chest, then raised her head eagerly, inhaling her longing fragrance, as it seemed that she had regained the scent of Kira after getting rid of the traces of Zain's blood from her body, returning and givin

She raised her face to meet him, her bulging blue eyes, turbid with her hot tears, so she gasped."Let me go please, release me."He smiled bitterly, "I can't, and is the body able to abandon its soul??!! Rather, it will cling to it with all its limbs and senses.""I'm not your soul, I'm a female who was in the wrong place and time, you can have any other female, please let me go"He grabbed a handful of her long blond hair, like the rays of the sun, groping it between his fingers, contemplating her innocent features carefully."If I chose you next to stop hunting and intimidating women and urging others to do evil, provided that you stay with me of your free will, and thus free humanity and your species from my absolute evil, or if I release you and continue with my actions for which I was sent to earth, what would you choose absolute selfishness or absolute sacrifice? ???"She closed her eyebrows, holding her breath, thinking about the bitterness of his offer.
