Chapter 29

“Hi, Quincy.” I recognize the voice instantly, and all my long forgotten fears comes flooding into me.

“Miss me?” Her voice triggers something in me and I begin to have a panic attack.

I can’t stop my breathing, I need help.

I feel like I’m dying.

“Help.” I try to say but it barely makes it out of my throat.

I fall to ground slowly and I drop my phone. I place my hand on my chest, trying to calm myself down, but it does not work.

What’s happening to me?

I haven’t had panic attacks in ages.
