Very funny how things turned out all of a sudden. So the maid girl was not a maid after all. King Marcus had an affair with her mother who was also a maid too. And to think I thought highly of Christine not knowing she was just like her daughter. Seems like slavery runs down this family except Christine was wise enough to sow a seed into the royal house.

Maybe that was the reason I liked her in the first place because she is smart and ambitious. Now there was no doubt. King Marcus might want you to take Kira in despite that he did not care about her when she was given birth to and sent her mother away.
