  • Dear Mate, I'm Your Greatest Nightmare    She's Manipulating You

Third Person POVThe battlefield slowly began to fall silent after Dark Lord's death. For hours, the northern border had been filled with the sounds of fighting, but the chaos was finally fading. Once the news spread that Dark Lord was dead, many of the rogues lost the will to continue fighting. Some dropped their weapons and surrendered, while others ran into the forest before the Moonshine warriors could capture them. The corrupted wolves that had attacked with such confidence earlier were now scattered across the battlefield. Without Dark Lord commanding them, they no longer moved as one force.Marcus immediately took control of the northern defenses.“Secure the border and make sure no rogue gets through. Anyone who surrenders should be taken into custody. Search the forest for anyone who tries to escape.”The warriors moved quickly to follow his orders. On the western side, Walker gathered several warriors and began searching the forest for the rogues who had fled. • Dear Mate, I'm Your Greatest Nightmare    The Real Threat

Dominic's POVThe battle had turned the forest into a place I barely recognized. Trees had been torn from the ground, flames were spreading through the dry branches, and thick smoke covered most of the sky. The smell of blood filled the air as warriors from both sides continued fighting between the burning trees. But the main battle had already moved toward the center of the forest. That was where I stood.Dark Lord stood several feet in front of me.Neither of us had much strength left.Blood covered his face and ran down the side of his neck. My clothes were torn, my shoulder was injured, and every breath sent pain through my body. I had been fighting for hours, but I refused to let exhaustion show.Dark Lord looked at me and gave a tired laugh."You are still standing.""So are you."He wiped the blood from his mouth. "Not for much longer."I tightened my grip on my sword. "You should have stayed away from Moonshine Pack.""Your pack?" His eyes moved toward the burning forest. "You

Natalia's POVThe forest around me was burning, and the heat from the flames had become almost unbearable. Smoke covered the sky while fire spread from one tree to another. Somewhere beyond the trees, I could still hear the sounds of warriors fighting, but I could no longer see the battlefield.Samantha stood several feet away from me.Her clothes were covered in dirt, and her hair was falling loosely around her face. Dark magic surrounded her body, moving like thick smoke around her arms and shoulders.I had never seen her look like this before. There was anger in her eyes, but there was also something else that I could not understand.Pain."You should not have followed me," she said.I tightened my grip on my sword. "You came after me. What did you expect me to do?"She gave me a bitter smile. "You still think this is about the battle.""What else could it be about?""This has never been about the battle, Natalia."She raised one hand, and dark energy immediately gathered around her
