Part 52 : Rise

I am very grateful thanks to God's miracle, Arga -- my husband was able to live again. I don't know what would happen if he really left me and our daughters for good.

Even now my family has been allowed to go home but on the condition that he must rest completely and must not be tired.

This morning I prepared a special chicken porridge for my husband and Rosemary. No, Diolinda hasn't been allowed to eat anything since she's still a baby. I had fed her this morning.

"Let me help you, La," my mom said as she spooned the porridge into a fairly large bowl with chicken stock.

"Take care of your husband. Mama will take care of Diolinda and Rosemary," my mom said.

"Thank you, Ma. Oh, ya, if Diolinda cries, just call me, Ma. I'll breastfeed her," I said.

My mom nodded and left me.

I walked towards the room. My husband who was originally lying down then tried to sit up. He even wanted to get up and help me.
