Death Is the Only Escape

   On a rainy day, Mr.Welsh was chasing a man along the street, "stop stop!",  he screamed at the man with a loud voice, chasing him at the alley, {Breathing rapidly}, Mr.Welsh pulled a gun out, he pointed the gun at the man "u are under arrest", {panting} Mr.welsh exclaimed, getting closer to the man, he quickly grabbed him and pinned him on the ground, then Mr.welsh took off his handcuffs to arrest him.

    Mr. Welsh took the man to his car, he dragged the man to the back seat of his car. Mr Welsh, in his car with the man he just arrested, was stuck in traffic. He heard his phone ringing, took his phone out from his pocket, looking at the phone screen he realized his wife was the one calling, he answered his call, his wife furiously shouting with a high note,worried "where are you?". "Honey, I am stuck in traffic, I will soon be back", He replied, he ended the call.

    It was very late, Mr.Welsh stopped at the police station with the man he arrested, he entered the station with the man and locked him up in the cell, he sat at his desk, looked a bunch of file, looking at the files, he looked at his wife desk that was beside him, knowing his wife was already at home with their son. jonz (a funny friend of mr. Welsh) was around, he asked Jonz, "By what time his wife went home?" Jonz replied  "30 minutes ago". Mr. Welsh told Jonz he should pack up after him because he is going home, Jonz who was working on a case agrees.

    At home, Mr.Welsh entered his house saw his son Ethan, running towards him saying "Daddy Daddy I miss you",  Mr.Welsh replied "I miss u too" he hugged and kiss Ethan on his cheek, after that he hugged and kiss Mrs Welsh also, Mrs Welsh prepared food for him, after eating he played with his son and took him to bed, he sings a song for Ethan and give him a goodnight kiss on the forehead.Mrs. Welsh called her husband, because she wanted to talk to him.

    While talking, Mrs. Welsh told her husband that they should quit being a police officer because it is risky and should focus on their son, taking care of him. Mr. Welsh promised they would quit by the end of the month, further saying that he is working on a case, after he is done with the case, they will both quit. 

   The next day Mrs.Welsh took Ethan to school before going to work.At school, Ethan was a genius, because of that he was an outcast at his school, at the school cafeteria Ethan was eating with his friend Jeremy, (Jeremy is a shy type, who loves junk food), Ethan told Jeremy "my birthday is coming up" and Jeremy replied "ah right sure", Jeremy asked Ethan "how are u celebrating it?" Ethan replied "At my house".

   In the evening Mrs.Welsh arrested a criminal and was taking the criminal to the cell. She saw Jonz talking to a prosecutor, "Jonz can I talk to you for a second?" she asked Jonz, further added " Have you seen my husband, I am looking for him", "have u called him?"Jonz replied.  "yes but his number is not going through", Mrs. Welsh replied. Jonz, also called Mr.Welsh, realized that Mrs.Welsh was right. later in the night she went home but couldn't see her husband at home and was worried.

   Mr. Welsh, who was investigating a case of his , met up with an unnamed man at a bar, while drinking, the man whispered in his ear  "Here is the evidence" giving him a USB drive and a file in a brown envelope, both left the bar.

   The unnamed man went to his room at a hotel he is staying, there he heard a knock at the door, afraid and sweating, he could not open the door, he hides under the bed hoping to safe himself from the man knocking, {knock knock}, the intruder forcefully broke the door with his leg and entered the room silently, he was searching the room he couldn't see anybody, the intruder called somebody on the phone saying "He's not here", then he heard a screech sound coming from the bed, he turned around took a peek at the bed then looked under the bed , he saw the unnamed man and dragged him out, the intruder took a knife out to stab him, both struggled but the intruder quickly overpowered him. The intruder stabs him in the neck leaving blood gushing out of his neck, then the intruder looks around the room, wearing a sadistic face, before leaving the room.

   Mr.Welsh at home, who was just done arguing with his wife about where he was through out today, was sitting at his personal room, opened his laptop and inserted the USB drive in his laptop,he saw deals about an illegal material that was purchased by IPC PLASTIC INDUSTRIES, used in production to boost the quantity of product they produce. Looking at the computer screen, Mr.Welsh was shocked , also reading the file in the brown envelope. Mr.Welsh left his desk to his bathroom, took his bath, went to his son's room to kiss him, later on joining his wife on the bed hugging her tightly, then he apologized to his wife.

   Jonz, who was off duty, went on a date with his girlfriend. He got a text from Mr. Welsh, telling him to come to the precinct. Getting there his face looks worried, he asked, Mr. Welsh  "why did you call me when I am off duty?"  Mr. Welsh replied "sorry but you have to come see this'' , Mr. Welsh showed Jonz what is on the USB DRIVE, then he told him that he has been working on this case for sometime now. Mr.Welsh told Jonz not to tell anyone, even his wife or their captain, Jonz agreed, they both decided to work on the case together secretly.

   Two days later, a person called the precinct , to report a murder that happened in a hotel room, the captain called Mr.Welsh to be in charge of the case because he was among the best in the station, Mr.Welsh accept but told the captain he want jonz as his partner on the case, the captain told Mr.Welsh he must find the killers at all costs. 

   Getting to the murder site, Mr Welsh opened the door and found a man lying face down on the floor, with blood splattered everywhere.
