Chapter 41
It's close to evening and I should be retiring back home but I still have something to do. Something to investigate. Diana is in the kitchen making smoothie with the housekeeper, Delaney. I've put Autumn to bed and I'm hoping that Mrs Rivera is taking a nap since it's close to dinner time.
The door to Cooper and Nicole's room is surprisingly not locked. I figured Nicole as the type of woman to hide so many things, therefore putting a lock on the door. I push opened the door and slipped in. There's got to be something here that's going to help me find Ethan's murderer.
I close the door and move to the drawers by the bed. I'd be damned if I get caught and it could ruin my whole cover but I'm willing to take that risk. Nicole is hiding something. Nothing Autumn said tied to Nicole killing Ethan but now, I just have a bad vibe about her. She's trying to take my daughter, and I won't let her. The cunning snake might just have other secrets.
