Diana

DEEP IN HER thoughts, Diana did not realise that Sia had finished, and was now standing in front of her.

"By the gods!" Diana exclaimed in astonishment as she took in the sight of her now imprinted friend.

Unrecognisable words were tattooed all over the visible parts of her body except her face.

"Does it look that bad?" Sia asked shyly.

Diana quickly shook her head. "Of course, not! You look fierce, powerful and just as beautiful as you have always been."

Sia looked at Diana with a timid smile on her face. "Thank you, Diana."

"Do you feel any different? Does it hurt?" Diana asked.

"It only tingled for some time and then nothing," Sia responded with a shrug.

"And the book? The spells?" Diana asked again.

"The book is gone now, and the spells…" Sia pointed to her head. "It's all in here."

"That's perfect. Now, let us go back to the field and wait for Gary and Corbin. Gary expects that I have the Crown and you have the book.
