Desperate Housewife? No, I'm Billion-Dollar Revenge

At the height of Julia Lester's love for her husband, Robert Stone, he tosses her an agreement to split all their expenses equally. From that moment onward, his attitude toward her turns cold. Julia almost dies during childbirth, all because she can't fork out the last thousand dollars needed for the epidural. The reason for Robert's abrupt coldness toward her becomes a mystery she finds impossible to solve. She does everything she can to win his heart back. She swallows her pride and seemingly begs for his love, only to receive his indifference and relentless humiliation at the hands of all those around him. Eventually, she stops trying to figure out the reason. She starts harboring a secret of her own—she has been secretly raising Emmy Lester, her supposedly dead daughter, abroad. Many years pass. One day, Robert finds out he has a daughter. "I'm willing to trade the truth for the chance to hear my daughter call me Daddy." "Not interested." "I'll give you all my assets if you and our daughter come back to me." Julia snorts. "Who cares about your assets? I've got plenty of my own." In the years of Robert's indifference and neglect, Julia has long since reinvented herself. She transforms from an ordinary housewife into a formidable powerhouse in the tech industry. And by her side is the fearsome, ruthless man whose reputation precedes him. Robert even hears Emmy address the man as Daddy. One day, he witnesses the supposedly cold-blooded man bend down before Julia and say to her, "Yes, darling. Whatever you say." Sometime later, Robert realizes that he is the one who drove Julia into the arms of another man and willingly gave up custody of the daughter he'd abandoned.
