Both moses and Lydia turned to look at tanya in shock. "Who said anything about losing the house? We were just talking about a game. Come on dear, don't think too much about it." Lydia said.
"Do you take me for a fool? You expect me to believe that, will you tell me yourself or would you rather let me find out myself?" Tanya asked.
Moses turned to look at Lydia, seemingly at lost at what to do. "Umm, tanya,it's really nothing. We were just talking about some irrelevant things."moses said.
"And was I talking to you? Science has it that people who face their business tend to live longer." Tanya retorted.
Moses was used to tanya shutting him up, but it still hurt him whenever tanya did it.
Lydia knew she had to interfere, or else, the father and daughter duo would start fighting again.
"Tanya dear, the thing is, well, ummm, w...."
"Will you just spill it out and stop stammering." Tanya shouted as she got frustrated with Lydia's stammering.
"Okay, I'll just summarize it all. The time you were kidnapped, the kidnappers asked for a ransom of ten billion dollars. Your father took out all his savings, sold his properties and cars, and even went as far as taking a loan and used the company as a collateral just to get the ten billion dollars.
Now, the bank is pressuring him to pay the money back with a fifty percent interest, failure to do that, the company would be seized. Even the house would be taken." Lydia explained.
Tanya was silent for five seconds, ten, twenty, one minute, then suddenly, she burst out laughing. "Do you expect me to believe that? You expect me to believe this man would go as far as doing all what you said just to save me? In your wildest dreams." Tanya said.
Moses felt his heartbeat stop as he had the words tanya said. His heart clenched in pain. He knew his daughter hated him a lot, to the point she didn't even want to see his face.
"Tanya, don't say that about your father. He loves you a lot. And all I said earlier is real, we are about to go bankrupt. The only thing that can save us now is to have the devil invest in our company, or else we will all be doomed." Lydia said.
Tanya seemed to contemplate what Lydia said, "Hmm, so, who's the devil?"
"Dear tanya, you are asking who the devil is so casually?" Lydia asked.
"Hmm, yes, no matter who he is, he can't actually be a devil, right? Tanya asked back as she didn't know why Lydia was acting that way about the devil.
"The devil, a man who came from the deepest part of hell, a man whose face as beautiful as that of adonis, his body cannot be more perfect, his voice as deep and enticing as an angels voice, but personality like the devil. His smile can freeze one's heart and may even cause the person to die. It is rumoured that those who had seen that sinister smile either had fallen into a tragic trauma or better still died tragically. The devil is no other than Alexander quinn.

Coincidentally, a man stood under the setting sun, his hands covered in human blood, and his clothes were dripping blood. His pitch black hair fell on his face, and his eyes stared at the lifeless body lying in the ground. Soon, he looked up at the setting sun.
Though those eyes looked alluring and seductive, no one could stare at those eyes directly for more than two seconds.
"Master, about the Williams family matter, they requested a meeting with you tomorrow afternoon, and they are not only coming alone. They are coming with their blind daughter. Should I refuse their request?" Josh, the devil's assistant, the only assistant to have stayed alive and not only stayed alive but have also stayed by the master side for more than eight years asked.
Alexander, who still had gaze on the sun, suddenly smirked. "Hmm, why refuse their request? It seems they are bringing their blind daughter as an exchange for saving their company. Accept their proposal. Tomorrow's gonna be fun."
Hearing his master, josh felt something special was going to happen tomorrow since his master's definition of fun is not actually the literal meaning.

Back at the Williams House. "How about I follow you both to the company tomorrow and try to convince the so-called devil." Tanya suggested.
"No! No!! No!!! You can't go with us. The devil is actually very cunning, and I don't want to risk putting you in danger." Moses refused adamantly.
"Oh please, I wasn't asking for your permission or opinion." Tanya said.
"Tanya, you can't go to the company. Who knows what the devil would do when he sees you?" Lydia said, trying to discourage Tanya.
"Who cares? It's not as if he'll eat me when he sees me, I'm going whether you like it or not." With that, tanya turned around and left for her room.
That question, will everything be fine? Nothing was fine. A few weeks after Tanya was discharged from the hospital, Mrs Sharon had great news for her. She had been chosen to act as a lead role in a famous movie producer movie. It was going to be a great opportunity for her to step into the industry fully. She accepted the role and soon started going for the shooting. Luna had been sentenced to life imprisonment, but she was having a hard time in jail due to her mental condition. She was no less than a mad woman now. Evelyn Clara had been set free long ago, but both were completely destroyed. Evelyn's face had now aged a lot. Her skin had been destroyed, and her body looked frail. And for Clara, her face was ruined to no redemption. She has to live with her dully scared face all her life. But still, life wasn't going too well for Tanya and Alexander. A calamity keeps on befalling on them one after the other. Not long after Tanya was discharged, Alex
Back to the present, Tanya's eyes locked onto Alexander's, her heart racing with a mix of emotions. They both played on the bed together , hands clasped, they had finally remembered their past lives and the curse that bound them. “It all feels strange, right?” Tanya asked."Yes it does. I don't know what will happen in the future and I also don't know what faith has in store for us, but I promise, I won't," Alexander vowed. "We'll break this curse together." Tanya said.Alexander's eyes shone with determination. "I promise too, Tanya. We'll face whatever comes next, side by side." They both got up from the bed and went to freshen up together, feeling different than usual. After bathing, they headed downstairs to get their breakfast, where Josh was already seated. Seeing Josh, Tanya had a big smile on her face. she turned to Alexander, “Do you think he remembers that I am his sister in his past life?” She asked in a hush tone.” “I don't think so. If he did, h
At first, it wasn't really a big deal till it became worse. The king was forced to consult the gods. It was later revealed Elianor's restored vision was the cause of all the bad things happening. The prophecy revealed "When sight is gained, destruction is bound to happen. Only through sacrifice shall peace be reborn." The prophecy declared that either Elianor or Arin must surrender their life to restore harmony. People of the kingdom Wondered why Eleanor regaining her sight was such a bad thing, but only the queen and a few other people knew why it was bad. Long ago, when king Thorne's ancestors had forcefully taken over the throne from Taurus ancestors, the curse had been there. There would be no peace unless a sacrifice was made. No one knew what the gods wanted and the kingdom suffered for a few years till Princess Eleanor's birth. When her disability was discovered, the king tried various ways to help his daughter with her disability but soon gave up when he fo
A long time ago, In the ancient kingdom of Eldrida, thousands of years past, King Thorne and Queen Lirien ruled with wisdom and justice. Their beautiful daughter, Princess Elianor, was born blind. Due to her disability, Elianor stays indoors most of the time as she feels no need to be out since she couldn't see the beauty of the world. Her whole life had been spent in darkness, and she had never seen the light before. Her father had seeked the help of the gods since she was born to find out what could be done, but it was revealed that it was meant to be that way. Never to see any light till death. The day she sees, it will mark the beginning of destruction. In a small hut located somewhere in the forest, a hunter named Taurus resides there with his son Arin. Father and son live a quiet and secluded life in the forest, with only a few or no one knowing about them. Taurus ancestors were once highly respected people in the kingdom of Eldrida. His ancestors were once of r
Tanya spent the entire day laying around, eating and taking a nap to recover from her hangover. She also spent a bit of time trying to remember what she had done exactly last night and she was able to remember it all late in the evening. Thinking about all she had done, she felt guilty for Chris and josh. She made up her mind to visit Chris in the hospital the next day while she waited for Alexander to be back, then she would apologise for the inappropriate behaviour she had done to him last night. After waiting for hours and seeing no signs of him returning soon, she went to the room to take her bath. After taking her bath, she came out of the bathroom, with only a towel wrapped around her chest. The moment she stepped out, her eyes met with his cold ones.Tanya's heart skipped a beat as Alexander's eyes locked onto hers. “You are back. I was waiting for you for a while.” Tanya said after a while. The tension between them was palpable. “Why were you waiting? You
Tanya's eyes cracked open, greeted by harsh sunlight. Her head pounded like a hammer was hit on it.. She winced, sitting up slowly. The bed beside her was empty."Where did he go?" she asked, her voice hoarse.Tanya swung her legs over the side of the bed, planting her feet firmly on the ground. Her mouth felt dry, her stomach churned. She managed to drag herself to the bathroom, splashing water on her face. The mirror reflected a dishevelled version of herself. After doing that, she headed downstairs Downstairs, she met him in the living room, reading a document as usual with a cup of coffee in this hand. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafted through the air. Although she doesn't like coffee, her stomach growled in hunger.Alexander sat on the couch, engrossed in a document.Tanya approached, her footsteps quiet. "Hey."Alexander didn't look up.Tanya cleared her throat. "Good morning."Still, no response.Tanya's eyes narrowed. "Are you ignoring me?"Alexander's gaze remained f
