Alsie POV-

My jaw dropped, my hands got a little clam-y. I looked over at Osiris and he was leaning forward in his chair intently looking at Alpha Kordell. My eyes quickly darted to where Andrew was sitting. He was standing up looking at Beta Jacob, ready to pounce. Evander placed his hands on my shoulders and squeezed them lightly. I instantly relaxed at his touch.

Andrew pointed at Beta Jacob, “You out NOW!” he growled aggressively.

Alpha Kordell turned his head toward Beta Jacob and nodded slightly.

“You will all regret this, you are going against years, no centuries, of tradition and customs. This will not end well!” Beta Jacob shouted as he stormed out of the office and slammed the door.

I was shaking all over. I had no idea what was going on, I had so many questions. I wanted answers, but I also wanted everyone to be calm. I didn’t want to be the cause of chaos and disruption.
