Lucy looked at the demon that was holding a dead body in his hands
“You kept it fresh? “ Lucy asked
“Yes I did”
A body could only be studied within 24 hours of it’s death. Even if it was to be studied with magic it still needed to be kept fresh.
Lucy planned to check the dead body’s memories and scan through the body in search for any demonic energy. If she did find low tier demonic energy then their was a high possibility that the killers were low level demons so all she had to do was to focus on them and discover how and why they kill humans in a large amount.
If they said she wasn’t frustrated that would be a big lie. She had been on this case for almost a week but it felt like months to her. She was new to this whole stuff.
