Grisella's POV

He lied to me.

I looked him in the face, deep into his eyes and he still lied to me.

Oh my goodness.

I saw him with Hannah and yet he lied that he wasn't in town and he just got back that night?

Fucking pathetic.

"Something's not right" I muttered under my breath.

My mind wandered back to when I caught him on a phone call.

His mouth moved but his eyes didn't align to whatever he was telling me. Lies swam in his eyes. He thought he was good at hiding some certain things but he wasn't.

Uncle never used his business to play. Since when had he considered ones health when it comes to what'll bring in money to him?

I loved him but I couldn't also help but notice this particular flaw. No one was an exception when it concerned his money.
