10. Amber's Misery

“You buy this much? Do you have a guest?” the white-haired woman behind the counter muttered as Adam put down the shopping basket.

Hearing the lady's comment, the man's eyebrows arched up. He himself didn’t know the reason. But, after a moment of silence, he shook his head. "I just want to eat more."

While waiting, Adam turned his head toward the glass door. Seeing Amber was busy writing in a book, his lips curled up.
