Alexa's POV

“Sorry to disturb you, ma'am. A package arrived at the reception for you.” Julia, my personal assistant, said and placed an envelope on my desk.

It was around 5 p.m. when I checked the time, releasing a sigh. I took the envelope and looked at it. I have been expecting this package for a while now. I stared at the thick envelope, thinking about what brought about the need to hire a private investigator to tail my husband. I know my husband has been there for me ever since I was diagnosed with cancer, but I always had a feeling he had been hiding something from me.

You can say I'm paranoid, but his actions led me to make this decision. Tell me why my husband would always come home late with the smell of female perfume on him. Even when he came early and was around, it was like he was doing everything on autopilot without any emotions. I also needed to make sure my husband was not up to anything for suggesting I transfer ownership of my shares to him.

I know I agreed to give him the shares. After all, I was going to die soon anyway because I didn't even want treatment, but I should at least make sure I was making the right decision.

I did not have marriage on my bucket list even when I was a child. My parents divorced when I was barely seven years old, and from their constant arguments prior to their divorce and the loneliness I had felt after I grew up alone in a boarding school lacking the warmth of a family, I really never thought I would get married and divorce just after two years.

Yes, I am getting a divorce. My marriage has come to an end.

I sat behind my mahogany desk in my office looking at the evidence on the desk. There were several pictures of my husband and his mistresses in different locations with dates scattered on the table. I must admit my husband's current mistress was quite beautiful. I have had my reservations about her ever since she became my husband's secretary about a year ago.

After I watched their interactions for a while and noticed their strict relationship dissolving into friendship, I began to complain about how close they were.

Daniel kept denying that whatever they had was strictly based on business whenever I complained about their close relationship making me out as an insecure, paranoid wife.

“I know you are stressed about your health and the company, and you're always tired, but always know that I'm here by your side. Why do you bother about my secretary? You have a male secretary yourself, and I'm not complaining. It's because I trust you. You should trust me too, right?”

Daniel had said these words to me about a week ago, and I even felt bad for hiring a private detective to tail him, but the truth was the opposite, seeing as the private detective I hired did not fail me. With this evidence, I am waiting to see the kind of excuse he would come up with.

I placed the photos back into the envelope and made my way out of the office. It was time to poke the sleeping lion.

I sat in my car and brought out my phone, placing a call to Daniel, who picked up after a few rings.

“Hi babe, there's something I need to tell you; can you come home early?” I asked, keeping my voice neutral,

"Okay, dear, I will try to come early. I'm quite busy today,” Daniel responded.

“It's about the transfer of my shares; it's important that we talk,” I added, knowing that would do the trick.

“Don't worry, dear, I'm on my way,” Daniel said and ended the call.

I looked at the screen of my phone and sneered. 'He was really after my shares,' I thought. I didn't like the idea of getting treatment when I found out I had cancer. I hated hospitals, and if Daniel had not insisted and brought me to a doctor who examined me and said I was in the last stage and nothing could be done, I think I would have fallen and died just like that one day.

After my parents, Daniel was the only family I had, and even though I'm the major shareholder of Jones Corp. and it is currently among the top 10 in the country, many people do not know I'm the CEO. I wanted to give everything I had to Daniel, but who knew he was a wolf in sheep's clothing? I will give him one last chance to come clean and decide what to do about my shares in Jones Corp. after our talk.

I drove out of the parking lot, heading to the place I have called home for two years now. I took out the pictures of the other women since it might be a headache to find them and kept only the pictures of Elena, my husband's secretary and current mistress.

I had just finished taking a shower and was changing when I heard Daniel's car enter through the gates. I took the envelope and made my way to the hall.

"Hey, babe, are you alright? You scared me.” Daniel said and kissed my cheeks. I smiled stiffly at him and pointed to the sofa; there it was again, the scent of female perfume.

“Have a seat; we need to talk.” Daniel raised his eyebrows and asked with a probing gaze.

“Shouldn't we eat first? I won't be going back to the office again; don't worry, dear, I have put everything on hold to be with you tonight.” Daniel said, pulling me into an embrace,

“Hmmm, you smell nice,” he added. ‘He must have set his sights on me after my call brought him home early. He didn't get the chance to have some action with his secretary,’ I thought, and I angrily pushed him away from me, the scent on him making me feel disgusted and my peaceful facade cracking.

“Stop touching me! Sit down; I have something to say,” I said, my voice a pitch higher.

Trigger Warning: This chapter contains mature content, sexual scenes, and torture. Please read at your own risk. Author's POV A few weeks ago, "Ahh, so good... faster… yes, harder,” Jessica screamed and moaned as Scott continued to thrust his cock into her cunt. Jessica was on all fours, and Scott was behind her, his hold on her hair becoming tighter as he increased his pace and pounded into her. He groaned in pleasure and continued his onslaught, fucking the daylights out of her. Jessica was a moaning mess and was asking for more. His one was fisted into her hair and grabbing a fistful of it, and his other hand was pressed onto her back and kept her in place, riding her roughly and thrusting in and out with no hint of gentleness. “Yes fuck! Such a good slut! Your slutty pussy grips me so well,” Scott moaned out in pleasure as he got close to his orgasm. His groans increased, and his breathing also became heavier as he went in and out of her faster and faster, plunging deeper wit

  • Don't Mess With DRACO   Chapter 93: Does it matter?

Author POV When Alexa woke up, it was late in the afternoon. She knew Morgan would have left by now. She stretched her sore body and saw the obvious lovemaking marks on her body and blushed at the memory of Morgan and her having the best sex of her life on the deck of the yacht. Under the dark night sky, their naked bodies molded as one, and the feeling was so intense that the heat that kept intensifying within their tangled bodies felt nothing against the cold sea breeze. She saw a bouquet of red roses on the side of the bed, and her smile widened as she walked towards it. “When did he prepare all of these?” She mumbled to herself and took a whiff of the fragrant flowers, smiling from ear to ear. Seeing a note sticking out, she pulled it out and read the words out loud. “Wait for me, Kitten, and don't forget to miss me. The card is yours. It's unlimited, just like my love for you. - MW” Alexa blushed at how cheesy he sounded, and she noticed the black card tucked between the bloo

  • Don't Mess With DRACO   Chapter 92: No matter what happens

Author's POV Alexa smiled contentedly, breathing in the salty air of the beach as she and Morgan walked side by side along the beach with their fingers intertwined. They were walking barefoot on the sand, and the gentle waves brushed against their feet. After leaving the amusement park, they had gone for a cruise in one of the yachts Morgan owned. The yacht was huge, and both its exterior and interior design were top-notch; it screamed timeless luxury. It had a range of deck spaces for relaxation and entertainment and about fifteen spacious rooms with their private bathrooms, and it even had a hot tub to top it off. They had had their dinner on the yacht and had an intimate time in the hot tub. After that, Morgan suggested coming ashore to walk along the beach and just enjoy the night as the sky blended into the endless blue sea. She did not know the sea looked so beautiful at night. She couldn't help but notice how thoughtful Morgan had been the entire day. It made her think of t

  • Don't Mess With DRACO   Chapter 91: A raging tempest

Author's POV Morgan carried Alexa into the bedroom and gently placed her on her feet. “Wait here for me; I will just take off my suit and help you clean up,” he said and proceeded into the closet without Alexa’s response. She blushed in embarrassment when her brain processed what he had just said. Did he want to help her bathe? She was still daydreaming when Morgan approached her, twirled and tied up her pigtails, making them into a bun on each side of her hair, and then he proceeded to take off her apron and begin to unbutton her shirt. Alexa held his hand in reflex, her face as red as a tomato. 'It was broad daylight, and he was going about undressing and touching her like that.' “I... I can do it myself,” she stammered flusteredly. Morgan raised his eyebrows and stared at her with a mischievous smirk on his face. “What are you shy of? I've seen everything already,” he said domineeringly with a devious grin on his face before tugging on her clothes slightly, making her fall on

  • Don't Mess With DRACO   Chapter 90: Simply too good

Author's POV After sitting in the back seat of his car, he directed the chauffeur to take him to the mansion on the outskirts of the city where he had taken Alexa. He had built that place to show to Yvvone 16 years ago. Yvonne was someone who likes quiet places. She had always expressed how she wished she could raise a family with him and their children away from the hustle and bustle in the city. He had been planning to bring her there to propose to her on their 1st anniversary, only for that incident to happen. "Sir, I don't think the trip can be pushed back again; your presence is needed for everything to go on as planned,” Enzo said, disrupting Morgan from his thoughts. He was aware that he had been delaying his trip to Italy multiple times because of Alexa; he would have loved to take her along with him, but he knew she wouldn't agree. Besides, he couldn't take Alexa along to most of the meetings he would be attending due to some of the subjects they would be discussin

  • Don't Mess With DRACO   Chapter 89: The boy he raised

Author's POV The main Wright mansion, The maids who were doing their normal housekeeping chores couldn't help but freeze in their movements, their lively chatter dying down and bowing their heads in respect. The old master was not feeling so well, and he had retired to his room, so some of them had been chattering away and had even forgotten to behave. Everything happened like a scene in a movie that was being shown in slow motion. The heavy doors had been pushed open, and it was followed by a gust of chilly air. It was as if winter itself accompanied his presence, plunging the mansion into an eerie silence. It was so quiet that only his crisp and confident footsteps could be heard. Even though his footsteps were light, to them it felt as if they were the loud drums that were played in ancient times before an execution took place. With his perfectly tailored suit flawlessly hugging his body that was as tall as a pine tree, added with his physique and bulging biceps that even
