Chapter 30

"She is doing fine now," Sierra told Din, who was sitting on the couch in the living room with his hands about his head. Din gazed at her with his eyes elevated. As he rose up, he sighed.

"She just arrived, and she's already causing too many problems."

"Din, don't say things like that. She is also in pain, but I am relieved to report that she is presently doing well. You may go to your bed." Sierra patted his shoulder and murmured.

Din stood there watching his sister walk into Jessie's room. He grimaced as he looked for his room as well. She's already making him worried about her after only a few hours in his house. He despised the sensation.

He was still in bed after a few hours of sleep when the day broke, and he couldn't get much sleep because of Jessie.

He had a short night.

Din tossed and turned before finally opening his eyes. When he went to bed and woke up, all he could think about was Jessie. He didn't care for her, but he wanted to know how she was doing and if she was okay.
