When Bella was tackled, she feared that Cameron caught up to her. If her fear is not overriding her senses, then she would have thought about the possibilities of how Cameron could come here. It's impossible to find her in the Fairy. 

But she suffered in his hands for the past 2 years and he made sure that her every mistake would be punished. He sometimes used to directly throw her in his basement for days, without giving her food or water.

When he is satisfied that her primal instincts will win and she would do anything for a cup of water, he would bring her out and would throw bits and pieces of food onto the ground, so that she could pick the food from the ground and eat like a dog.

He made sure to humiliate her in front of his friends, and he would only give her clothes that would only cover her lady parts.
