Chapter 124

Against the advice of the nurse watching over her, Alita walked out of her room in confusion, ignoring l migraine to the right side of her head. She saw Chris walking out of the room and as her eyes trailed him, she saw familiar faces and decided to walk towards them.

She screamed and started running back to the room she had seen Chris walk out from you. Everyone was shocked to see her when she turned to see who had screamed. Chris and Ivy were the first in line as everybody ran after her.

Alita pushed through the sad nurses and fell to her knees beside Benson. She screamed his name and started hitting his chest. “You have to wake up. You can’t do this to me,” she yelled jabbing the side of the hand into his chest.

The nurses were too shocked and distraught to do anything. They just stood there watching her until Chris ran inside the room. “Alita,” he called out but she didn’t turn to look at him.

“You promised me you will be with me forever. You can’t die on me now. Please wake up,”
