I turned on my bed and sighed as I looked at the wooden ceiling above me. Putting my phone aside, I stretched my arms and gave up on trying to relax. In my opinion, I had relaxed too much. 

I was home alone today and my mother insisted that I shouldn't step a foot at school. I scoffed. I wasn't planning on doing that anyway because my teacher would have told me the exact same thing. It had been a week since I started staying home and the more days that passed, the more exhausted I felt.

Why couldn't people just let me have my fun? It would've been better if I was at school.

I loved reading and learning and building. But they kept reminding me to let loose and go crazy. I had my hobbies and I spent plenty of time with my friends so, what fun did they want me to have? Going crazy was too reckless and reckless was something that I tried to avoid.
