Confused and petrified, she looked around to see light from anywhere. But then the giggling of a little boy got her attention. She turned to find no one.

Sliding the screen aside of her palanquin which is being carried by the horse, Kayanangai watched the greying sky at that late afternoon. The sun left early this day making the environment gloomy.
